Built out of a passion
for procurement.
We came out of procurement, manufacturing, and enterprise software. We've done the work, scaled products, and built companies. And we've believed the same thing for years: AI agents will change procurement as much as ERP did.
Why we started
Procurement deserves
more than busywork.
Procurement has quietly become the function that decides how an industrial company performs. Supply chains break, prices move, margins get won or lost in sourcing. None of that showed up in the software buyers used. Sales, finance, and HR got tools people actually like using. Procurement got more forms. That's the gap we set out to close when we started in early 2025.
More than 80% of a procurement team's time goes to routine. Email ping-pong. Copy-paste between systems. Chasing suppliers for answers. That's not just inefficient, it's a waste of good people. And it drains the part of the job that made it interesting: negotiating, deciding, building relationships. Nobody takes a job in procurement to copy line items out of a PDF into SAP.
So we're not bolting another layer onto old processes; we're bringing the best available tech into an area that never got it. Agents that think, learn and adapt like new team members. And procurement teams that enjoy their jobs again. That's the part that really drives us for the decades ahead.
